Another busy week---plus I have the 5k Run for the Cure in Barrie on Sunday. So, gym once and/or 2 outdoor runs INCLUDING the race.

I, Carleigh Ann, during the week of Monday, September 29, 2008 to Sunday, October 5, 2008, shall commit to
Section 1. Fitness for the Week
1.
a) attend the gym/exercise classes a minimum of (1) times and/or
c) get at least a weekly total of (120) minutes of cardio and/or
d) burn at least a weekly total of (1500) calories.
Section 2. Healthy Eating and Tracking
2. Use SPARKPEOPLE.com to track my daily calorie intake a minimum of (1) days this week, even if I exceed their recommendations.
