Hi Ladies,

Another busy week---plus I have the 5k Run for the Cure in Barrie on Sunday. So, gym once and/or 2 outdoor runs INCLUDING the race.

Don't forget to send me your committment for the week so I can keep tally of your debt! ;-)


I, Carleigh Ann, during the week of Monday, September 29, 2008 to Sunday, October 5, 2008, shall commit to

Section 1. Fitness for the Week


a) attend the gym/exercise classes a minimum of (1) times and/or

c) get at least a weekly total of (120) minutes of cardio and/or

d) burn at least a weekly total of (1500) calories.

Section 2. Healthy Eating and Tracking

2. Use to track my daily calorie intake a minimum of (1) days this week, even if I exceed their recommendations.
