Getting ready for 10/1/08

My main goal for the October challenge of course is to lose weight. In the next 3 months I want to lose 25 lbs. I want to feel better about myself and feel confident in my appearance.
I want to be healthier and lower my risk for diabetes and other diseases. I'm 26 which is too young to worrying my cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.
I also want to be a motivation and help support others in their goals. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and making new friends along the way.
I want this to be a lifestyle change so I don't gain the weight back like I've done before. This is the end of my procrastinating. If I am going to be a healthier, happier person I have to start working on it now.
