The scale moved!

Ok, first on Tuesday I gain a pound, but now I am 1 pound down or two from Tue!
Weight: 181.5 (Lw 182.5)
B: 39.5(Lw 40)
W: 32.25 (Lw 32.5)
H: 41.75 (Lw 41.75)
Upper arms: 12.25(Lw 12.25)
Thigs: 24 (Lw 24.50)
Neck: 14 (Lw 13.75)
Over navel: 36 (LW 36)
I was exercising. Tae Bo 8-min program is now easy and not challenging. I break a little sweat but I need more. In addition, after the 8-min, during a day I create Tae Bo 'sets' and do hip kicks 10 on each side 3x with 15-30 seconds rest. That gets my heart pumping and feel my hip working. The most critical parts of my body is belly and upper arm fat.
I also do occassional rollerblading and walking on the Lakeshore. High Park will be off, the perv is still there. Too bad that the police do not grab the jerk and throw away the key!
I also started to take supplements. Fat melting stuff and increase metabolism.
I am going on a business trip this week, so I wonder how this will impact my bottom- and waist line.
Goal of the week: Go under 180. Continue with Tae Bo.
