weigh in wednesday

It's wednesday and so it must be weigh in day again.
It sure does come quickly.
I have been with Sparkpeople 889 days so far and each one seems different than the last. I try to learn something new each day. I read through Spark Pages to see who might be struggling and what they have done to over come them. I read to find tips or ideas on how they have stuck with there journey.
This has been a real learning journey for me. One I'm glad I'm on.
Today is also October 1st., my goal for October was to start below 180 pounds.
Well my weight today was 179.5, so emoticon I meet my goal. It feels wonderful that i am still reaching my goals and still learning from you all everyday.

It feels so good to be able to say that I have lost 157.5 pounds and still loosing. I have been with SP for 2 years and 5 month. I plan on being here for ever.

    You continue to be my inspiration!!

    Over the weekend, I learned that I can't eat whatever I want. Undid a months worth of work, but got right back on the wagon when I got home and am focused to loose the 6# plus even more!

    Created a spreadsheet & posted it on my frig to remind me of the tasks I have yet to accomplish for the day.

    WOW ~ you continue to amaze me with your steadfast power to keep on, keeping on! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

    You are quite an inspiration to the rest of us. I feel "off the wagon" a few months ago because of health issues but am slowly trying to get back on track again. My husband and I both are dealing with health issues but his are much more serious than mine so right now, we are concentrating on his ~ you can read about it on my last two blogs.

    I look forward to seeing more blogs from you so I can use them as a reminder that I CAN do this and I must be patient as I work towards a healthier life style, especially right now when we are both under so much stress.
