October Goals

Here are my goals for October:
1. Track ALL of my food. emoticon
2. Exercise at least 30-60 minutes everyday. emoticon
3. Have 30-60 minutes of "ME" time every week. emoticon
4. Stay Positive about results. emoticon

    2. I did 112 minutes, plus strength training
    3. I got 20 minutes of "ME" time today
    4. I've stayed positive today!!!
