Hi Ladies,

My run on Sunday went extremely well! Wendy and I beat our previous personal bests---new time is 34m53s to complete the 5k! I'm very proud of us! I'm still in Barrie--today is my mom's bday and I head back to O town Tuesday. I met all last week's goals, and actually exceeded them! I work Wed-Fri and then Mur, his gf, her sister and my mom are arriving for the long weekend so it's going to be tough to commit to gym days. But I will! I will hit the gym atleast once (but I will certainly try for more!) It's easy with Marc around as every time I decide to skip the gym, he says he's still going with out me. Seems like a waste to stay home! Also, Marc and I have started running together in the mornings. We did it twice this past week. We went to the Carleton Sports Med Clinic on Thursday and we both got prescriptions to get orthautics (sic?) so that's another goal I have for my 5 days off coming up. Hope you're all having a great week! Mel, I hope you got those papers done! Thanks for reminding me how much I am not missing school! Have a great week ladies! Ps- Wendy, I'll drop off the movie at your place tonight!

d) burn at least a weekly total of (1500) calories.

Section 2. Healthy Eating and Tracking

2. Use to track my daily calorie intake a minimum of (1) days this week, even if I exceed their recommendations.
