Hi Ladies,

Hope thanksgiving wasn't too evil for you all. I had a bitch of a time resisiting---as a matter of fact, I was pretty weak! Too much of everything. I actually ate so much one night I was in pain when I moved! Ouch! That's when you know you have a problem! My apologizes that this is late---I haven't given up yet!

I must confess I did not make it to the gym until Monday of this week---luckily I did a couple of long dog walks on the beautiful weekend to muster up my 120 cardio minutes!

Marc and I are headed to the gym this afternoon, if I feel up to it. I'm fighting off a nasty sore throat/ear ache. Blah! I'm still on antibiotics and pain killers for my cracked molar and am getting it pulled on Wed. Oct 21. I kinda feel like I'm falling apart!

Nevertheless, I need to add weights to my routine. So, starting in the next week or so (depending on how the tooth thing goes) I intend to implement doing the goodlife 20 min. weight machine circut at least twice a week (maybe three if work isn;t killing me), in conjuntion with as many spinning classes as my work schedule permits. I'll keep you all posted as to how that goes! Hahah

I'm back to work tomorrow for 5 days on. Next day off is next Wed (tooth extraction day!). Hope all are getting over their turkey hang overs!

a) attend the gym/exercise classes a minimum of (1) times and/or

c) get at least a weekly total of (120) minutes of cardio and/or

d) burn at least a weekly total of (1500) calories.

Section 2. Healthy Eating and Tracking

2. Use to track my daily calorie intake a minimum of (1) days this week, even if I exceed their recommendations.
