I jumped on the scale this week and I'm back down to 184.5 from 189. I know weight fluctuates, so I'm not letting myself get too thrilled about it. I'm hoping to get down to 182 before Dec 1 and hopefully down to 179 by Jan 1. Wish me luck! So, I had planned on doing my fir pin test on Saturday. I barely slept. Got to work and found out that they weren't running the test and that I have to go on Wed. during work hours---a bit of a pain in the ass. Still, I know it will be worth it in the long run. I just can't fail and give up, right? That and it means that I won't get my five year successful fit pin in 2009. I went for a 3k run last night with Cory. It went well and I didn't stop once. It took me about 23min. I am skipping the gym until I do the test on Wednesday. I had skipped it last week all but once so that I'd be ready, but for apparently no good reason. My goal for this week is to do 1-2 spinning classes before end of day Sunday, and to do weights at least twice. Oh, and to pass my fit pin on Wednesday! WISH M E LUCK!!! My eating is going well. The longer I keep reducing sugar from my diet, the easier it is getting. The headaches have all but stopped and I am not as hungry as I was say, even six weeks ago. I haven't been tracking my food but I have a very good idea of where I stand on a daily basis. I have really been trying to get a big breakfast in every day and it really keeps me satiated until second breakfast (5 hours later and three hours before lunch). Hope you're having a great week!
