weigh in day

Today is wednesday so it must be weigh in day.
No loss this week. I'm at 175. It's funny how my jeans are getting looser but the scale did not move.
I looked over my plan, I followed my healthy meal plan, exercised every day walked near 18k steps everyday. Slept good got out to explore my world. So I know I'm doing everything right, I'll have to keep going and doing my best.
It happens, we never know why sometimes we loose and sometimes we don't when we have had a good week.
I might have a bit of a challenge this week end. Have several invites out for dinner and a small party too. I'll have to watch portion size, and eat my favorites just not all at each meal. I'm not sure where we are going but sure it will be up to me. I have a few favorites at each place and know the calorie counts too.
Well once again thanks for your encouragement and support.

    I have stayed the same too....which is better than gaining! I need to knuckle down & eat more so I will be more successful. Then I can be SKINNY like MF Kitt!!!
