almost at the end of my second week

Well so far so good i have not cheated i have stuck with it i lost 4lbs last week and i am hoping for a good loss this week too monday is weigh in and i am quietly confident that i will have a good loss.
The last two weeks i have lived monday to friday on juice and smoothies eating only at the weekend and of course eating only healthy meals and small portions it might not be the best way but i need to shrink my stomach so that i can get a good start at eating healthy, my days have been around 1200 cals but made up of fresh juiced fruit and vegetables and freshly made smoothies so basically because it has been a all liquid diet for the last 5 days tomorrow i should not want to over eat or snack in front of the tv at night.
I feel a lot better too and have more energy, tonight i am going to my line dancing class 2 hrs of dancing equals a good work out for me and believe me it is a killer as my teacher works us hard and does not let us away with standing down.

Well i will write again on monday after i weigh in and i hope it is a good weigh in for me...
