Today I think I kinda did ok, not as well as I had hoped but better then it has been. I didn't keep up with everything I ate but I did make better choices. But I did keep my 2 other goals, I have drink my 8 glasses of water and posting in my journal, so 2 out of 3 isn't so bad.
