I did have a 1.2 lb gain this week. Not surprising since I only did about 91 min of cardio.
Well, it's almost here again, I can't believe it. It's going to be hard with all the treats my husband bakes every year. I hope this year he is cutting back a little.
At least for my family Christmas get together we are going to be at my house. And we are going to have a little brunch on Sunday. I am making 2 egg loafs with ham and 2% milk cheese, roasted red skin potatos and sweet potatos (cut up small, mix with a little olive oil and garlic herb seasoning and bake) I usually do them on the grill so they get a little crispy. And then a sneak chef recipe for Crunchy French Toast the batter is a mix of sweet potato carrot puree, 2 eggs, honey. Then for the crunchy you can blend up some total cereal and wheat germ and then cook in the skillet. Plan on using a bread with whole grains. So hopefully these better things may help my efforts this holiday.
