I am getting so down because I have been working so hard for the last month and have not managed to lose more than 2 lbs. I have been sugar free since July and in November I cut out flour, white rice and potatos. We bought an elliptical and i work out everyday for 30 minutes and still nothing. I eat tons of salads and stopped the binging. I do feel stronger and I guess that is what counts. I am so tired of this plateau!
