My new plan

Trying to set up an exercise schedule--workout plan whatever. I would love to get that smokin hot momma body but there are days where I just don't want to do the work. I'm not going to achieve what I want if I don't work for it. I'm toying with the idea of doing a 1/2 marathon I think in May. I need to make it more of a priority in order to run a 1/2.

I got a lot of figuring out to do, getting back into making sure my meals are clean and prepared at the end of the day for the next day. Sometimes I think I put too much thought into the process and not enough doing the process.....UGH!! I feel a little overwhelmed right now by the whole thing of just not knowing what to do, when to do it

    Tracy - I know you can do it. you have been getting the mileage in lately. You can do a half in may with out any issues. just take one day at a time. I do have several plans for halfs if you interested. I also heard hal higdons begineer plan is good. Good luck. Tracy
