Since school has been out, I've been going to the Y like crazy. I've been taking more specific steps, such as focusing on eating more fresh produce, especially of the green nature, which tends to be more difficult for me. I went to a restaurant and ordered soup and salad...nope, no greasy burger for me. I've been cooking every night to keep from any junk food attacks. The results: nada! I know that this is a gradual change, but it's SO frustrating to work so hard and not see any results yet.
