New Year , new plan

I have decided to add some new exercise to my regular plan.
I bought a stability ball and joined the boot camp group. It should be fun a new 10 minute workout each morning for January.....I can't wait to get started.

    Yeah! I'm going to look for my ball this week! I already have the weights, and I did the 1st video today. It was fun, I'm going to do it again tomorrow!

    YAY, Kitt! Great idea....

    What am I doing new for the New Year? Hmmmm....I'm going to finish P90X in February....and I'm going to train for my first Half Marathon...AND try to keep a very positive attitude about life in general.
