Day 1 boot camp

Started day 1 of the boot camp today, the kickboxing workout was great! I wasn't too thrilled with my starting weight, I've been avoiding the scale lately because I knew it wouldn't be good.
Starting weight 194.8 Yikes!!!!!!
I plan on losing at a minimum 5 lIbs by the end of the challenge and 1 inch from each waist and hips.
Tomorrow I also start my half marathon training program , I will be posting more on that later today or tomorrow sometime.
Today is going to be a pretty challenging day for eating right, we have Christmas at my father-in-laws .However, I am determined to stay on track and after seeing the scale this morning it shouldn't be all too hard :)
