January 4, 2009 - beginning of new you bootcamp challenge

i started today's weight at 230 lbs. i woke up and had a nutritious breakfast, 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 a jenny o turkey patty and 6.75 oz of apple juice. i will be eating every 3 hours to help me stay away from the junkfood.
my beginning measurements are:
chest - 44 inches
waist - 44.5 inches
hips - 51 inches

i can't find my measuring tape, so i will have to get another one, but those measurements will work for now.

here is my beginning picture, it is from christmas eve, i wore a size 16W black dress.

my goals for the month are to stay on track, if i fall off, get right back up and keep going don't look at it as a failure completely, it is a slip and to keep going in the right direction. i want to lose inches so my clothes fit better, i am starting to fit into a size 16 better, so i want to be in a size 16 by the end of january.
i hope to accomplish, preparing my food for the next day the night before, i have a real problem with this and am usually running late in the morning, so if i have everything ready the night before, i can put it in the lunch box and bag and off i go to work with no worries. i will work on a different accomplishment each month.
