New You Bootcamp

This sounds like a great way to start the New Year. Plus having a new video each day will keep it interesting. I can use this to get me moving again. I got off track after I sprained my ankle and then we had an awful ice storm and lost our power for 12 days. That affects your whole life and the holidays. Never did get everything done. Things are getting back to normal now and I plan to get back on track.
