Back into the hard-core.

So, as many of you know, I've gotten somewhat lazy lately. I have not stopped going to the gym (I paid enough for it!) but I've been going less than my recommended 3-5 times a week. Not only that, I stopped doing crunches in the morning. I also have not been counting my calories and watching my fat and calorie intake. I eat very healthy, but I'm probably going over my calorie count pretty regularly on that healthy food. I've noticed that my appetite has increased again. All of this means my weightloss has stalled since summer. My weight on Sparkpeople isn't even accurate. It's probably like 170 actually.
So I've set a New Years Resolution: To get back into Sparkpeople hardcore. Now, I can't post all day every day like I was back in February, March and April, but I will be checking in twice a day--once to post in the forum and once to list my fitness and nutrition. I also will be going back to doing crunches every morning, and walking after dinner every night.
So hopefully this gets me going again, so I can keep getting SKINNIER!
