I did day 4 of the boot camp...rolled off the ball twice...I need to work on that.
had a great day at work, followed my plan
Rode the bike in the morning and when I got home.
It really helps me unwind to exercise when I get home.
I want o eat, old habit . when I get home it use to help me unwind, now I use exercise to unwind or destress.....new life style is feeling better each day.
have a healthy Thursday and don't forget day 5...yahooo
