That last blog was premature, hahahaha, back on track. If I were back on track than I wouldn't be sitting here saying hmmm do I want to be back on track?

Back on track for me is different than it was a year ago. I am not exactly comfortable in my skin but I am happier with the way I look than I was a year ago. But yes I have my problem areas, like my belly. I hate it, but if I lose my belly I will lose my boobs, sorry that is a curse us females have unless you are very lucky, lol.

What I want is to happy, healthy and fit. I can't say that that has anything to do with a number or a size because at this point in time it doesn't to me.

    Hi Mahala,

I think you are on to something. Some days I get so depressed by the NUMBERS on the scale that I just feel like giving up. It really should be about just eating healthy, exercising, and keeping a positive attitude. Everything else will fall into place then, eventually. Hugs to you my friend,,,you have a great attitude and have always had a special place in my heart here on SP.

First ff, I love the background here! My daughter LOVES Mickey.

Anyway, I know how you feel, I HATE my tummy. It use to be very stretched and ugly but now it's just some small rolls I have to work on. I got up to 220 pounds after I had my son and hated pictures of myself even. It took me a long time to relize I had to change it or accept it. So your doing a really good thing by trying on here and getting back on track :) I still am working on my tummy too, I LVE Jacknifes..they really firm things up. If you get the chance or money a Wii Fit is awesome! It's like having a personal trainer and it keeps track of your weight and everything for you.

Well Have a great night and keep up the good work! emoticon

You know what I think? I think you're still on an emotional and mental journey to find yourself - and your body is just a tiny part of that. I think that you should focus on making healthier choices for yourself, all the way around. Healthier food choices. Healthier exercise choices. Healthier LIFE choices. The rest will follow. The three Bs....your breasts, your belly, your butt....those things don't define your beauty - and THEY WON'T MAKE YOU HAPPY, whether you HAVE them or you DON'T have them.

Find healthy. Find happy. Those are what matter the most.

I know how you feel about the belly, but our belly does not what defines us. Attitude goes along way, and I think you have a great attitude. Keep positive and it should only get easier.
