No Gain January

Well, so far January is going great! I have increased my exercise, water intake and have cut down on portion sizes. Oh and I have started to do something I have never done before. Write down everything I eat each day. I think that helps a lot. Well, my first weigh in at TOPS, I lost 2 1/2 pounds! I am very excited about the rest of January and will make it a goal every month. To have a no gain month!
