Hoping all my Spark People Friends are having a happy and healthy day.

I got my exercises done, eating healthy.
Planning my menus for the week...planning helps me stay motivated. Keeps me on my healthy life style...less nothing to chance.

I even lay out my work out close, have my DVD loaded and ready and now have my boot champ video ready.

    It sems like you have it rockin' and rollin' --- I always do better when I plan out exercise and food, and lay it all out ahead of time. It is way too easy to "not make time" and then be left totally unprepared.

    That sounds like a good plan!

    I usually make my grocery shopping list on Sunday's too.
    I don't plan all my menus, but I try to find one or two new recipes per week to try, and I'll make sure any ingredients I need are on my list.
    I also check out to see what the sales are on fresh produce, meat, and poultry, I often plan my meals around whatever I can get a good deal on.
