I just finished logging my food intake and actually doing the strength training for today. It feels good. I have felt such hatred of myself for the past 2 weeks because I am undoing everything that I have accomplished. But I realize that I have been at this for 5 months and it would take longer than 2 weeks to totally undo it. I won't!!! I want to be thin too much. I want to be happy at my daughter's wedding when they take pictures. I want to be in those pictures looking better!!!
Enough is enough, Tami! Get over it and "git er done"!
