MOTIVATION

Today as I was reading some articles on weight loss and how do we keep going. I read these statements that really make sense to me. So I wanted to share with you all.

"Motivation is what gets you started......

Habit is what keeps you going".....


Making yourself stick with it will in turn excite and re motivate you to keep sticking with it. and so on and so on for life.


Success breads success...
