STICKING WITH MY NEW YEAR GOALS

ITS JANUARY 19TH, 3RD WEEK OF THE NEW YEAR AND I THINK THIS IS THE HARD PART. STAYING WITH ALL MY GOALS AND GOOD INTENTIONS. ITS HARD NOT TO LOSE MOTIVATION AT THIS POINT, I KNOW IN PAST YEARS THIS WAS ABOUT THE TIME I FIZZLED OUT. BUT THIS YEAR WILL BE DIFFERENT, I WILL STICK WITH THE DIET AND EXERCISE, BECAUSE I AM GETTING TO OLD TO KEEP QUITTING ON MYSELF, I WANT TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT MY BODY I WANT TO TREAT IT BETTER AND RESPECT IT BY TAKING CARE OF IT. I'M SURE THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT FEEL THE SAME AS ME, AND I HOPE THEY STICK WITH THEIR PROGRAM TO. AFTER I REACH MY WT LOSS GOALS AND MAKE EXERCISE A HABIT, I PLAN ON GIVING UP THE CIGARETTES(30YR HABIT), I KNOW I JUST NEED TO STAY POSITIVE AND LEARN THAT I AM IN CONTROL OF MY HEALTH. emoticon emoticon emoticon
