Once again I'm on my journey to loose weight. Not very successful with this goal. I think part of my struggle is the fact that i don't eat dinner until 7:00 - 8:00 at night because my son doesn't get home before 6:30. All the information that I've read is that you shouldn't eat at least 3 hours before going to bed. I did better until my dinner time changed.

I also tend to be an emotional eater. When I'm extremely stressed I turn to food to make me feel better although I berate myself for eating. What a vicious circle I can create for myself.
