I'm gobsmacked by the amazing amount of stuff- information, motivation and amusement that I've had while I've been on site!
It's the weekend and I'm feeling much better! I have been eating a wide variety of veges and I've discovered all these foods that are new to me. They taste yum and are low in fat. Each new food is so good I intend to make these options available to me for the rest of my life as I really intend to keep the fat off and live more healthily.
