-6 pounds for January and 225 miles

I mixed up my cardio work out in January. I was stuck at 175 for 4 weeks in December so I ellipted, walked, ran stairs & biked a total of 225 miles in January and dropped 6 pounds.

    You are doing awesome! Your strength & stamina has increased significantly since last summer. Commitment is the key. Mixing up your workout is important, it keeps your body guessing. You're one smart cookie. Oh there I go talking about food again! "You've come along way baby!" You look good coming & going!

    Alright Beth!!! Looks like January was a good month for both of us. :)
    I am hoping to lose 8lbs this month since I dropped 7lbs in January.
    I am switching things up as well this month.
