February 2009 Goals

My goals for February:
* maintain weight loss momentum of 1 lb/week (goal 157 lbs by Feb 28)

* continue exercising regularly:
-cardio 4-5 days/week for 30 minutes
-include strength training of some kind at least 2 times @ gym
-do SparkPeople videos 4-5 days/week - maybe try Swimsuit Bootcamp this month (did New You Bootcamp in January)

* Nutritional goals
- limit pop (aim for 5-7 days/week without pop)
- limit fast food (aim for 5-7 days/week without)
- eat low calorie snacks at work instead of reaching for bag of chips, etc (bought a bunch of 100 calorie packs of snacks! )
