THIS IS A RECENT COMMENT / MESSAGE THAT I SENT TO SPARKPEOPLE MEMEBER,
(MZPINKNGREEN) IN REPLY TO A QUESTION SHE ASKED ME.
NOW LADIES, I GOT REALLY CARRIED AWAY WITH THIS RESPONSE THAT JUST KEPT GROWING AND GROWING AND GROWING AND ULTIMATELY TOOK ME OVER (2) HOURS TO COMPLETE (SHEWWW and OMG!).
BUT AFTER I LOOKED AT IT IN ITS ENTIRETY, I THOUGHT THAT THIS COULD HELP ANSWER SOME OF THE MANY QUESTIONS I'VE BEEN GETTING FROM YOU ALL ABOUT,

SOOO, FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE INTERESTED, HERE IT IS:


" HEY GURL, I'M HERE FOR YOU, K. BUT YOU CAN'T BE AFRAID OF THAT "DANG" THING. YOU GOTTA FACE IT, GET ON IT AND SLAY THAT BAD BOY OK MAMA??? I HAVE SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS FOR YOU TO HELP YOU ON YOUR DIET/WEIGHT LOSS/SHAPE UP PROGRAM:

THESE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE THINGS I TRIED OVER THE PAST YEAR THAT WORKED FOR "LYNN" GURL AND HELPED ME LOSE OVER 75 POUNDS OF FAT - THATS WELL OVER 262,500 CALORIES ELIMINATED OR BURNED GURL SO I SUGGEST YOU TRY EM:

1. MAKE SURE YOU EAT A HEALTHY, FULL BREAKFAST EACH AND EVERY DAY.

2. YOU SHOULD HAVE FRUIT/VEGGIE AND TRAIL MIX SNACK WHEN NEEDED (BUT SPARINGLY EAT THE TRAIL MIX B/C NUTS IS FATTENING EVEN THOUGH ITS THE GOOD OMEGA FATS-FAT IS FAT THOUGH-LOL, SO USE THESE SPARINGLY GURL)

3. DON'T EAT DINNER (YOUR LAST, SMALLEST MAIN MEAL OF THE DAY) AFTER 7:30PM.

4. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A "POTENT MULTIPLE VITAMIN" WITH A MEAL EACH AND EVERY DAY (GNC ULTRA MEGA WOMAN'S SUGGESTED)

5. DO A LITTLE 15 TO 20 MINUTE FAT BLASTING CARDIO WORKOUT BEFORE BEDTIME

6. RIGHT BEFORE BED DRINK (1) CUP OF DIETERS, CAFFINE FREE GREEN TEA EACH NIGHT.

7. DRINK 100 OZ OF WATER (EVENLY SPACED) THROUGHOUT EACH AND EVERY DAY.

8. REPLACE WHOLE OR FAT FREE OR 1 OR 2% WHITE MILK WITH SOY MILK (MANY NEW FLAVORS/BRANDS ARE AVAIL NOW GURL-IT DO TASTE A LIL DIFFERENT BUT ITS GOOD FOR YOU AND VERY LOW FAT IF ANY AT ALL). USE THIS FOR CEREALS, GENERAL COOKING, DRINKING IN GENERAL.

9. EAT WHOLE GRAINS FOODS (READ LABELS GURL) INSTEAD OF "PROCESSED" WHITE FLOWERY, SUGURY FOODS.

10. CUT OUT OR GREATLY REDUCE YOUR EATING MEATS, ESPECIALLY RED MEAT. CHICKEN OR FISH/SEAFOOD IS FINE BUT WITH ALL MEATS, MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE SKIN, ALWAYS.
AVOID OR ELIMINATE FRYING, INSTEAD BROIL, BAKE OR BETTER YET "STEAM" EVERYTHING.

11. IF YOU MUST USE OIL, COOK WITH USE IT SPARINGLY. REPLACE EXISTING "VEGETABLE OIL" WITH HEALTHIER CANOLA OR OLE TIME OLIVE OIL.

12. KEEP ON TRACK WITH YOUR WEIGHING AND YOUR MEASURING, EVEN IF YOU KNOW YOU HAD A "BAD" DAY OR WEEK - DO YOUR WEIGHS/MEASURES ANYWAY - THIS WAY AT LEAST YOU'LL KNOW WHAT WENT WRONG AND THEN YOU CAN WORK TO CORRECT IT THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THAT WAY YOUR GOOD TRACKING METHODS HAVE HELPED YOU IN A WAY "SOLVE" OR "FIND" THAT PROBLEM.
(a) WEIGH EACH SUNDAY
(b) MEASURE TUMMY, HIPS, THIGHS, CALVES AND ARMS EVERY OTHER SUNDAY (USE YOUR CURRENT BRA FOR THE BUST MEASUREMENT)

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IN THIS "BATTLE OF THE BULGE" YOU WILL ALWAYS LOSE SOMETHING IF YOU'RE "PUTTING THE WORK IN" AND IF YOU'RE BURNING THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF CALORIES.

HUMANS BURN CALORIES AT DIFFERENT METABOLIC RATES DUE TO OUR BODIES AND OUR INDIVIDUAL HEALTH ISSUES BUT ONE THING REMAINS THE SAME FOR "ALL OF US."

MAYBE ONE DAY YOU LOSE "1/2 OF A POUND" OR THE NEXT DAY YOU GAIN A "1/4 OF A POUND"(FROM EATIN THAT UNHEALTHY BIG MAC OR WHOOPER LATE LAST NIGHT THAT YOU DIDN'T THINK WOULD MATTER, YEAH RITE) OR THE NEXT DAY YOU LOSE "1/8 OF A POUND" AND ON AND ON AND ON.

IF YOU CONSISTANTLY BURN FAT OVER TIME; YOU GONNA LOSE FAT OVER TIME;

[ OH AN BY THE WAY LADIES (VERY IMPORTANT), KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU CAN ALSO LOSE SOME BODY FAT AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU COULD GROW SOME LEAN MUSCLE ON TOP OF THE LEAN MUSCLE THATS ALREADY IN ALL OF OUR BODIES. BECAUSE LEAN MU SCLE IS LIKE LESS THAN HALF THE SIZE OF FAT BUT IS STILL WEIGHTY, YOU MIGHT COME UP MAYBE FOR THAT WEEK FOR EXAMPLE "GAINING A POUND" ON THE SCALE BUT LOSING 2 INCHES - GO FIGURE BUT ACCEPT IT BECASE THATS THE WAY "GOD" DESIGNED IT SOOOOOO, WE JUST HAVE TO WORK WIT IT!!! ]

SO LADIES (AND MZPINKNGREEN), DON'T BE DISCOURAGED IF YOU DON'T SEE THE SCALE MOVE JUST THE WAY YOU WANT IT TO ON "WEIGH DAY."
AS LONG AS YOU KEEP ON EATING RIGHT CONSISTANTLY AND SAFELY WORKING OUT (ALWAYS WITHIN "YOUR OWN PERSONAL" FITNESS LEVEL RANGE AND MAKE SURE YOU WARM UP AND STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER EVER WORKOUT), OVER TIME YOU WILL DROP ALL THE DESIRED POUNDS AND INCHES YOU WANNA DROP.

YOU CAN INDULGE A "LITTLE" JUS DON'T GET CARRIED AWAY, OK??? BUT IF YOU DO INDULGE, MAKE SURE THAT THE NEXT FEW WORKOUTS THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO DO ARE A LITTLE LONGER AND MAKE SURE TO MAKE THESE SPECIAL WORKOUTS THAT YOU WORKOUT A LITTLE HARDER.
THAT WAY YOU'LL BE ABLE TO BURN OFF ANY EXCESS WEIGHT YOU DONE GAINED WHEN "AUNT FLO" DO LEAVE AND YOU'LL BE BACK ON TRACK AGAIN. ALSO, CONTINUE TO "WEIGH AND MEASURE" AS USUAL JUST MAKE SURE TO NOTE IN YOUR JOURNAL THE EXACT DATE YOUR BELOVED AUNT CAME AND THE DAY SHE SHUT THE DOOR BEHIND HER K??????
