DAILY/WEEKLY CHALLENGES:

--Drink 10 cups of water. (2 points per day)
--Work out at least 30 minutes. (5 points for 30 minute cardio and 3 points for 30 minute strength per day…meaning you can receive up to 8 points daily)
--Give a SparkGoodie to somebody. (1 point per Goodie) This challenge only counts if they’re sent to somebody that’s a part of the BSS and the maximum points you can get for sending goodies per day is 10.
--BONUS: You get an extra 5 points if you drink ten cups of water all seven days and if you complete the workout challenge at least four days this week, you will get an extra 10 points.
