still fat, but still happy... and not as fat as I was once ;). I haven't done much of cardio recently, only done 1 hour of basketball 2 times a week, but hell, that's better than nothing (which is exactly what I was doing before). The snow has gone, for now at least, so on Monday, I will go on my bike to work, that's 20km, about 13 miles. If it doesn't snow in the meantime, that is...
