as you can see, i am not very good at blogging. i officially made it to 218 this past week and am down 30 lbs. this is the 3rd time i have lost 30 lbs, so my goal is to get past this darn hump and keep on going.
i walked to the grocery store from work today to get my lunch. i had a large caesar salad adn now i am having mixed cut up fruit for a dessert. i will get my exercise in this evening taking the turbo kickboxing class. after work i will change to my workout clothes and go to the gym and do some stretching, stairmaster workout and foam rolling. i am going to get past my 30 lb mark.
besides, i have a small goal to get to 35 lbs and keep it off for one week at least and then i can buy the nintendo ds lite, i am only 5 lbs away and i would like to get the ds lite before i go on vacation, so here i go on my way.
