Here it is week 7 of the challenge, over half way there. I am down 15.9 lbs. WOW! It really is all about changing what you do and how you do it. Sometimes with just a little change you can make big things happen. I have been looking for the inspiration to get back on the wagon with the exercise. When I do it I really do feel much better. Last night I found myself bored so rather than sit mindlessly surfing the net or surfing the channels, I got out the Wii Fit. I felt really good when I was done, like I had accomplished something. I am going to try and remember that feeling and use that when my motivation lacks in the future in the exercise department. Here's to the next few weeks and getting to that goal at the end of the challenge.
