CHECKING IN AFTER A LONG TIME

My last trainer has left to go back to his previous home. Started with another, I have worked with him before. He is using a more intense program using the stability ball. It is giving me a full body workout every time. Right now every muscle in my body is tight. I can finally feel my hipbones again. Clothes are getting looser.......reached 20 lbs lost this morning during this current effort (started about 4 mos ago. Taking a really long time but I am making it, steady, slow, sure progress.
How do I feel? Hopefull. I feel hope in this process again when I had not for a long time. I kept giving in and just eating whatever I wanted out of self-pity. This is a much better scenario, to feel I am in charge of the process rather than food being in charge of me.
Yeah. Will check in again as this writing is very cathartic.
