Spring into Action....

It's fitting this first day of Spring that I proclaim that I am back! I am stronger than before and I almost having my nutrition back under control. What changed? A new fitness class, contact kickboxing. I took one class 5 weeks ago and I have been taking it every Thursday since. That one good habit, exersize, made me start eating a little better....not great, but better. I also do more of the strength exersizes on the fitness page. NOW, I go to a fit camp Mon, Tue and Wed then kickbox on Thursday. The fit camp is only 6 weeks long and I have just completed my first week. I love how strong my arms and legs feel. I am constantly feeling myself up. Every day I am making more and more good choices and listening to that pesky little voice that has been nagging at me to just Choose Healthy!

    You go girl! I am also realizing how important exercise is. When I started the arc trainer I could only do about 5 minutes and I thought I was going to die! I am now up to 30 minutes 3 x a week. I know I have to keep at it as it is so very easy to loose what I have achieved. Keep up the great work!!
