Hello and thanks for being here

It's friday..... emoticon
I have had a couple days off for Spring Break.....We had a huge storm yesterday and it was still snowing this morning but the sun is out right now so it's all melting.

I had time to reflect on my healthy life style. Thinking of all the victories I have had, and how important it is to celebrate each one no matter how small. Some seem only important to me.
Smiling from ear to ear when a sales person tells me I'm in the wrong department, I still go right to the plus sizes...It's nice to have people compliment me and not wonder what is wrong with them.
More victories are not having to worry about my size. Will I break that chair or will I fit in that booth. Can I walk that far. Will I find my size. Will I be the fattest person in the room or at the party.
I am able to exercise as much as I want and not feel like I'm going to pass out, I can even run again. I never thought that would ever happen. I use to figure out ways to save steps, now I try and figure out how I can get more steps.
My goal at first was to get 2000 steps a day, now my goal is to bet 20,000 steps a day or more. Oh yes I can.....lol
anyway not sure why I'm rambling on but I am.....thanks for being here with me.

    methinks u r right! bet many people don't give a lot of this stuff a 2nd thought, but i also think that being aware & celebrating the positive is important to making these changes permanent :)
