I started the year of 2004 as 200 pounds. I went into the hospital in Nov. 2004, came out weighing 170. I was told I had to lose my weigh (blood clots). I went all the way down to 152. Then in 2007, I started back to school and studied hard for my certification. I gained some back.
Now I feel down about things and having to live in the basement of a friend. I have gained to 176. I don't know what to do about it. I get sooo ill about things and feel like "who cares". I have no support at home, so I am on my own.

You are definitely not alone! You have joined Fighting Emotional Pains and Stress and I have just sent you an invite to another Team which I know you would enjoy as it is filled with supportive ladies who are dealing with medical issues, depression, you name it -- all trying to get healthy through daily chats, healthy recipe swaps, a Mom post, and so much more. So I hope you accept that invite as well, because there is no way that I want you to feel alone on reaching your goals. I'm here for you -- so you message me anytime and we'll do it together -- because I care!

Thanks!! Cheryl (Your New and Supporting Friend)
