I have been on many a diet and the current one is detoxing. Can anyone tell me the benefit of this? it take some getting used to. The reciepies are not that bad, their quite good in fact, it's just that their not very filling for a big guy like me, so i find myself feeling hungry very quickly after ive eaten. I'm told it just takes getting used to, my body tring to adjust to the assult on junk food, what its been used to over the years.
I'm writing this becuase i would like to know if anyone else has expirenced this problem
