So far how I am doing

Well I started this site on Tuesday and now it is Saturday. On Tuesday I stayed in my calorie range, went over it Wednesday by like 200, went over on Thursday by 15 calories, and was under by 200 calories yesterday. I did my strength training on Wednesday and only 10 minutes of Cardio. I didn't get to my fitness yesterday.
I really need to work on my motivation and figuring out a way to get my cardio in. When I get back to work next week I will do a little better in that area because I am a server and I get a lot of walking in. I bought a pedometer just for that purpose. I keep reading the motivation articles hoping that I will find mine.
I enjoy this site and I am glad that my mother told me about it. I am happy to be a part of this community and I have already began to spread the word about it.
