Week 4 - My worst week yet

I sailed through week 3 fairly well. My food intake was spot on but I didn't exercise at all. In marches week 4 and not only did I not exercise but I ate over my caloric limit every day. It started with just 20 calories too much and blossomed to 300 by the end of the week.

Today has me back on track eating wise. I'm hoping my exercise buddy gets better soon because I hate exercising alone. Well, truth be told, I don't do it if I have to do it alone.
