Jogging again and spreading the spark

After jogging for 2.5 miles for the first time about a week ago, I was challenged to do the same again last night. I did the same and jogged the 2.5 miles in 28 min - which is pretty good for me since prior to a week ago I have never jogged that much in my life. Last night since I did not do any better but still did the 2.5 miles in 28 min I decided to continue and went 3 miles. A new record for me.

I was asked to give the gym a new story to go with my pictures (which have been posted for about 6 months now with continual updates). They have that posted and of course I put SP in the story. Maybe some new people will see that and join. Spread the spark. I am listed as one of the top ten achievers at the gym which makes me happy. I love the new me although I have a ways to go yet and I want to help others now achieve the same. Starting to even think about maybe a new career path.
