Last night I thought I would challenge myself to see how far I could jog without walking a step. I surprised myself and went 3.5 miles in 40 min.
I did stop twice to get a drink of water but they were for just a few seconds. I just keep getting a little better each day.
I also reached a new low today and weighed in at 184.6. I was trying to get under 185 by Easter and I just met that goal.
I think tonight will be a little cardio and a lot of weights.
