i've got to get this logging food stuff down to a science. it really improves my food focus and portion control. i know, a no-brainer ... i've read all the success stories. attempting to be a success, i start the day out great.. logging my breakfast, snack, lunch ... then it's down hill from there. by the time my daughter gets home from school, we've chatted it up about the happenings of the day, i start dinner, hubby gets home ... well the evening flies by. sparkpeople is a distant memory until the next morning. so i'm giving myself a score of 50/50.
my SF days went well ... yep all 4
OK, now for my challenge ... we all know tomorrow is easter. i'm not going to even pretend that my goal is SF, it's moderation! the plan is to decapitate the bunny's ears, quickly wrap the remainder in cellophane, and ever so sloooowly enjoy tiny bites of ears throughout the day. AND i don't workout on sundays (my day of rest), but after church i'm climbing on the cross-trainer for at least 45 minutes.
