Week 1 with my Trainer

Wow, I'm exhausted. I have to admit, I thought I would be prepared for this since I am very active with my Cardio. I do exercise, but w/o weights. I walked out of the gym feeling like a bowl of jello. Man, I still had to go home and walk/run the dog. Yea, you can imagine.
Well, I managed to survive my first workout. I look forward to getting stronger, however I do have to admit that I am a bit intimidated in the free weight section of the gym. I guess I see everyone so toned and strong, I sort of envy them and their strength. The good news is, with encouragement, I know eventually I too will be one of "those" people, looking fit and strong.
More to come in Weeki 2 with my trainer. It has to get easier,
