21 Day Challenge Update

I'm doing pretty good. Not perfect but I have come down 3#'s, so I guess not too bad...
It just so happened that I had a Dr. appointment the same day I started the challenge(4-13-09). I commented to her what I was doing. She said that was great and wanted to make sure I was doing closer to 1500 calories if I was to continue exercising the way I have been. So I have not been to concerned about being so right on with food intake. I've been doing the plan with a protein bar here or a cookie there and exercising everyday alternating cardio, strength training and a little yoga as usual. I'm keeping it between 1200 and 1500 and that seems to be working with exercise. If I cut back on the exercise at all I will stick closer to the plan with no added foods.
