ok so I havent exercised since last friday and was not sticking to my alloted calories. I was very scared to step on the scale this morning. I lost one pound. not very much progress but not too bad considering how i have been misbehaving. Although i was doing good wednesday through friday exercising every day and following my calories which makes me wonder what i could have lost if i had followed through for the rest of the week. Oh well live and learn. Besides I usually allow myself the day off for holidays but unfortunately I took 4 days instead of one...lol.
