Yikes, too much spinach?

I've been on a roll, doing well, eating right and bla bla bla. I have been having spinach with my egg whites in the morning, then more spinach for a salad. And today, wow, I think it was too much. I'm sooo bloated emoticon, I don't even think I can eat dinner. I feel sooooo FAT, my pants are tight and my tummy hurts. It's not PMS bloating, it's definitely a gassy bloat. Do you think that's what it is? EWWWWWW, I'm so miserable.

    Actually, spinach is a fiber rich food that should be helping to get rid of bloating. Are you drinking enough water? That should help significantly!

    It could be other veggies/fruits you are eating. Spinach isn't really known for it's bloating ability.
    Also, since I can't see your main information, I don't know how long you've been at this. In the beginning when you add lots of fiber to your diet, your body has a bit of time it needs to catch up to the new diet. Try Beano before you eat anything high in fiber.

    Not sure. I do get bloated with beans but I don't eat that much spinach LOL. I do eat it sometimes like in Quinoa. Sounds like you are eating healthy though. Hope you find your answer. Maybe if you tried not eating the spinach for a couple days and see what happens.
